If you use any Services with Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will apply to your use of such Services. If you subscribe to receive updates or other information from us through our SMS text messaging program, you consent to receive automated text messages from Evans for WV via your mobile device. Subscribers may receive multiple messages per week.
We do not charge for these services. However, your carrier’s normal messaging, data, and other rates and fees may still apply. You should check with your carrier for pricing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By entering your phone number and selecting to opt in, you consent to join a recurring SMS/MMS text messaging program that will provide alerts, donation requests, updates, and other important information. By participating, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for auto-dialed messages from Evans for WV to the phone number you provide. No consent is required to buy. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. SMS information is not rented, sold, or shared.
The Services, including text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other content, are owned by Evans for WV or our licensors and are protected under U.S. and foreign laws. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, all rights to the Services are reserved. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, informational, and non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of the Services violates our intellectual property rights.
The name Evans for WV, our logos, slogans, and product or service names are trademarks of Evans for WV and may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks mentioned in the Services are the property of their respective owners.
You may voluntarily submit any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback regarding Evans for WV or the Services (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, you agree that we may use it for any purpose, without acknowledgment or compensation, including to develop, copy, publish, or improve upon.
We may provide information about third-party products, services, activities, or events. Any dealings with third parties are solely between you and the respective third party. Evans for WV does not control, endorse, or make any warranties regarding third-party content. Your access to and use of third-party content is at your own risk.

By using our Services, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your information in the United States and other countries, where legal protections may differ from your local laws.
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts of West Virginia.
